COVID-19 Information & Updates: NEW GUIDELINES

IAIP, in partnership with the Hilton Orlando, is committed to making the health and safety of our Convention attendees, speakers, staff and venue personnel our number one priority, ensuring you are fully equipped for a safe experience. Read more about IAIP’s Covid-19 Information

As of June 1, the Hilton Orlando is no longer requiring masks in public spaces of the hotel. All other aspects of the Hilton Clean Stay program are still in effect.

IAIP asks, in light of the evolving requirements, that attendees follow their own personal needs and comfort levels with regards to face coverings. Per CDC guidelines, masks are not required for fully vaccinated attendees. We encourage everyone to have masks readily available if the need arises to wear a mask. Attendees will have the option to select a green, yellow or red sticker for your name badge for a visual indication of your comfort level.

All IAIP meeting rooms, meals, and events will meet CDC, federal, state, and local guidelines for physical distancing (updated to 3 feet). Throughout the duration of the meeting, we will continue to adhere to all CDC, federal, state, county, and city requirements and will continue to provide updates, as situations may change.
