SAFETY

Creating a safe, worry-free experience is our top priority. IAIP is preparing the live event experience so that all individuals onsite—attendees, speakers, staff and venue personnel—remain safe and comfortable throughout the event. 

Substitutions

Substitutions are gladly accepted. Substitutions of registrations are permitted prior to the event start date, and no later than May 24, 2024. Please submit a written request to membership@iaip-ins.org. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution.

Discount Codes

Use of a discount code is only valid at the time of the initial purchase/registration. Refunds will not be authorized for existing registrations where the special offer was received after the initial purchase. Limit one (1) special offer/discount code per registration.   

Individual Registration Cancellation

IAIP will refund program registrations fees in full with notifications submitted to IAIP Registration via e-mail at membership@iaip-ins.org. If you cancel your registration on or before April 30, 2024, you will receive a full refund of your registration fee less an administrative fee of $50. If you cancel your registration between May 1, 2024 and May 31, 2024, 50% will be refunded. After May 31, 2024, no refunds will be provided.  All refunds will be sent 30 days after the conclusion of the conference. Refunds cannot be approved for no-shows.

Event Cancellation Policy

IAIP reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If IAIP cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, IAIP has the right to either issue a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date. IAIP will not be responsible for reimbursement of any participant’s expenses related to the cancellation or postponement of an event.
