By submitting this sponsorship or exhibitor registration, the organization acknowledges and agrees that all sponsorships, exhibitor packages, branded event selections, and à la carte purchases for the 2026 IAIP International Convention are final, non-cancellable, and non-refundable. Submission of this form confirms your organization’s intent to participate.
IAIP reserves the right to adjust event programming, session locations, exhibitor placement, recognition formats, and scheduling as necessary to meet operational needs or respond to circumstances beyond IAIP’s control. While IAIP will make every effort to deliver all benefits as outlined, some elements may be modified based on availability or program requirements. Participation as a sponsor or exhibitor does not constitute or imply endorsement of any product or service by IAIP. Sponsor and exhibitor benefits will be honored to the fullest extent possible under the conditions of the event.
Hold Harmless:
The sponsoring or exhibiting organization agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the International Association of Insurance Professionals (IAIP), its officers, directors, agents, employees, contractors, and the event venue from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, injuries, or expenses—including reasonable attorneys’ fees—arising out of or related to the organization’s participation in the 2026 IAIP International Convention. This includes, but is not limited to, the installation, operation, staffing, and removal of exhibits, materials, or equipment. The organization is solely responsible for any damage to the facility, its equipment, or other exhibitors’ property resulting from its actions or materials, except to the extent caused by the sole negligence or willful misconduct of IAIP.
