Policies
Substitutions
Substitutions are gladly accepted. Substitutions of registrations are permitted prior to the event start date, and no later than June 10, 2021. Please submit a written request to membership@iaip-ins.org. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution.
Discount Codes
Use of a discount code is only valid at the time of the initial purchase/registration. Refunds will not be authorized for existing registrations where the special offer was received after the initial purchase. Limit one (1) special offer/discount code per registration.
Registration Transfer Policy
IAIP is offering in-person and virtual attendance at the 2021 Convention.
In-Person registration → transfer to Virtual
For attendees that register for the in-person experience and wish to transfer to the virtual experience, submit a written request to membership@iaip-ins.org by June 1, 2021. A credit for the difference in registration fees may be used for future IAIP International membership, events and other purchases through June 30, 2022. It is the attendee’s responsibility to contact the hotel and cancel the guest room reservation.
Virtual registration → transfer to In-Person
For attendees that register for the virtual experience and wish to transfer to the in-person experience, submit a written request to membership@iaip-ins.org by June 1, 2021. A balance due for the difference in registration fees will be applied to the member profile and must be paid in full prior to the first day of Convention. Contact the hotel to reserve a guest room [link to reservation system]. Cut-off date for guest room reservations is May 19, 2021. The group rate is not guaranteed after this date. Individual Registration Cancellation
IAIP will refund program registrations fees in full with notifications submitted to IAIP Registration via e-mail at membership@iaip-ins.org. If you cancel your registration on or before April 30, 2021, you will receive a full refund of your registration fee less an administrative fee of $50. If you cancel your registration between April 30, 2021 and June 1, 2021, 50% will be refunded. After June 1, 2021, no refunds will be provided. All refunds will be sent 30 days after the conclusion of the conference. Refunds cannot be approved for no-shows.
Event Cancellation Policy
IAIP reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If IAIP cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, IAIP has the right to either issue a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date. IAIP will not be responsible for reimbursement of any participant’s expenses related to the cancellation or postponement of an event
