Virtual
Convention

Why Choose Virtual?

We understand that during this time many insurance professionals are unable to travel due to work policy or health restrictions. Therefore, we have created a hybrid event which will offer a Virtual component of the IAIP Convention experience. It’s the best of both worlds – you can get IAIP learning and networking opportunities delivered directly to your home or office. Please note that some activities (as indicated) are only available for the in-person experience.

Get Approved to Attend

While attending virtually affords you less time away, you may still need your leadership’s approval to deviate from your usual workday. Use these justification tools to articulate the value of participation and get approved to attend the event virtually.

Share the Knowledge

Plan ahead to deliver knowledge from the convention back to your organization. Take detailed notes, and create a post-conference report and plan for disseminating the key takeaways to those in your organization who may benefit. Hold one or several Convention debrief sessions to share these lessons and discuss how they’re applicable to your work.

community service project

Each year the members of the IAIP community collaborate on a service project. This year’s project will be supporting Children of Fallen Patriots. They are dedicated to serving the families of service members from all branches of the armed forces who have died as a result of combat casualties, military training accidents, service-related illnesses, suicide, as well as other duty-related deaths as ruled by the Department of Veterans Affairs. The vision of Children of Fallen Patriots Foundation is to ensure that every child of a fallen patriot receives all necessary college funding. They believe a college education is the single most important gift we can give these children. We believe this is an important investment in the future of America. Please consider making a donation to this organization. Be sure to note that your donation is part of the 2021 IAIP Community Service project.
